FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Healthier Fleetwood has funding available to support projects in the community that will promote good physical and mental health for people living and working in FY7 postcodes.

We want to hear your ideas and help you get them started. The most important thing is the idea comes from residents and benefits the Fleetwood community. It could be buying materials for an art group, instruments for a music club, equipment to clear an open space, room hire for an event - perhaps an activity club for youngsters in the October half-term or a Christmas social event.

Within reason there are no bad ideas! So if a small amount of financial support makes the difference between your idea going ahead or not ... we want to hear from you.

There is some paperwork to complete and a few conditions but don't let that put you off. Even if it's just the spark of an idea, please get in touch and we can have a chat about how to take it forward. A panel of residents and our partners will make the final decision on the projects we can support.

This initial round of funding is for up to £100 per project and available now. We want to start issuing the funds within the next month or so and further funding will be available over the coming months.
