If you need anything more please do CONTACT US or by calling into our drop-in sessions at Fleetwood Library on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 12noon. Help for patients registered with Fleetwood surgeries is also available from the Social Prescribers.

Rick Clement, Veteran's Welfare Officer for Fleetwood Town Community Trust, and his colleagues from Blackpool FC and AFC Fylde Community Trusts, put together a monthly programme of activities and events for veterans and their families.

These include breakfasts and coffee mornings, sports and fitness, training and much more ... look out for kayaking and drone flying!
