If you are considering opening as a Warm Space, Lancashire County Council's grant scheme may be available.
This has been set up for local organisations and groups within the voluntary, community, and faith sector, as well as for parish and town councils, to support the creation and improvement of warm and welcoming spaces for residents, focussing on those in need.
Applicants can apply for up to £750 - The first round of the grant scheme has closed.

At other times of the year, some venues also hold coffee mornings and friendship groups welcoming new members to attend although there may be a fee or donation towards the costs - SEE THE PAGE HERE
