WARM SPACES are community venues open to visitors over the Winter months ... providing FREE hot drinks, snacks or meals and support, often in partnership with other organisations.
The support usually runs from November to March ... we will update this page as details are confirmed.
If you are considering opening as a Warm Space, Lancashire County Council's grant scheme is now accepting applications.
This has been set up for local organisations and groups within the voluntary, community, and faith sector, as well as for parish and town councils, to support the creation and improvement of warm and welcoming spaces for residents, focussing on those in need.
Applicants can apply for up to £750.
The first round of the grant scheme will run until Sunday 19 October 2025.
Decisions will be made within 14-days from the date of application closure.

At other times of the year, some venues also hold coffee mornings and friendship groups welcoming new members to attend although there may be a fee or donation towards the costs - SEE THE PAGE HERE
