Regenda Homes have resumed work on the development of 72 one-bedroom and two-bedroom extra care apartments at Chatsworth Avenue, Fleetwood.
The finished facility will include a range of amenities, regular social activities and be supported by staff 24 hours a day creating a 'community' environment.
