Monday 30th October, 10am to 12 noon Join Alison from Crafty Alliecat for a FREE Christmas-themed session of card-making at Fleetwood Library. Learn new skills and pick up tips - all materials are provided and you can take away your work. Supported by Wyre Council. Tuesday 31st October, 1pm to 2pm Boccia is played indoors like bowls but throwing soft, easier to grip balls so it’s ideal for all levels of mobility including wheelchair-users. Wednesday 1st November, 11am to 12 noon Walk & Talk … take a stroll around Memorial Park with other local residents. Enjoy the fresh air, open spaces and have a friendly chat too. Thursday 2nd November from 2pm Been inspired by Strictly? The North Euston Tea Dance is every Thursday afternoon (and Monday too) and includes live music from Alan or Ian, tea & biscuits in your ticket for £6. Friday 3rd November, 6pm to 8.30pm Westview Community Association on Eden Avenue invite younger residents (14 to 18 years) to their Youth Club for fun and activities. Also during the evening, the Youth Climate Action Group meet for discussion, arts & crafts among young people who care about the environment. Saturday 4th November, 11am to 3pm Pop along to Fleetwood Methodist Church, Fleetwood Road for their Winter Market. These events are always a great opportunity to browse the stalls, buy a gift or two, enjoy some delicious food and meet your friends and neighbours. Sunday 5th November, 5pm to 8pm End the week with a bang! It’s the FREE fireworks display at Marine Hall Gardens. Enjoy all the fun in a safe, family-friendly environment thanks to the support of Fleetwood Town Council and their volunteers. No need to book – just turn up on the evening.
