Rachel Duncan was a much-loved friend and teammate across the Fylde Coast. Sadly, she took her own life in 2021. This annual tournament celebrates her legacy and supports other females who might have struggles with mental health. Held in partnership by Fleetwood Town Community Trust, Fleetwood Wrens Ladies FC and with donations made going to the Richmond Fellowship.
The 2025 Rachel Duncan Memorial Tournament will take place at Poolfoot Complex, Thornton on Sunday 13th July. Entries is open to affiliated girl's/women's teams at £100.
April marks 5 years of the Good News bulletins.
The first one went out in 2020 during the early days of the lockdown, sharing the support available across Fleetwood during those very challenging times. The community pulled together then, as it always has and always will do and while things may not be perfect, the fact that our Town can generate enough good news to fill a weekly bulletin is amazing!
If you are coming along to the Open Meeting this evening we look forward to seeing you and enjoying another couple of hours celebrating the positive side of life.
Until the next time, take care.
