ADVENT CALENDAR: Day 22
There's some great opportunities in the local community to improve your fitness and general wellbeing including ... Maxi Fitness & Nutrition Gym, CB Fitness and Bootcamps, Fleetwood GymBoxing and YMCA Fleetwood ... something for everyone and we'll be sharing more about all these and others in the New Year.
Jules Brooks PT hosts a number of classes ranging from gentle walks, to more vigorous individual and group sessions. She has also developed a range of activities that support people coping with cancer and other debilitating conditions.
Starting next year, the popular Pre-hab / Re-hab class will be expanding with 2 sessions a week at Fleetwood Methodist Church - Mondays & Thursdays, 2pm - 3pm. This is FREE to attend thanks to generous support from Fleetwood Town Community Trust and a number of other sponsors.
If you are looking for plenty of fun with your fitness, the new 'Retro Ravers' group is for you! Exercise along to a soundtrack of 70's, 80s' and 90's music ... and this is suitable for people with limited mobility as the class can be taken seated.
Jules encourages all her clients with her professionalism and enthusiasm and also works closely with organisations including Fylde Coast Macmillan Information and Support Service and Healthier Fleetwood.
Visit her personal page on Facebook or Fitness 50 to find out more and get a head start on those New Year resolutions!
