HEALTHIER FLEETWOOD AMONG NOMINATIONS FOR AWARDS

We were delighted to be among the organisations and individuals short-listed for the General Practice Awards 2018. Healthier Fleetwood has been nominated in the The Collaboration with Patients and Other Providers section for our work in the local community.

The awards,now in their 10th year are presented by Cogora, one of the UK’s leading full-service healthcare marketing agencies. They celebrate the very best examples of innovation, dedication, and leadership taking place in primary care.

Also nominated is Dr Mark Spencer for Healthcare Leader of the Year and the Mountview Primary Mental Health Team for the Respiratory Care Award.
