HELP SHAPE A HEALTHIER FLEETWOOD .... WIN A KINDLE FIRE

Healthier Fleetwood is working with a number of partners to find out what matters to residents, the effects it can have on their health and wellbeing and help plan for the future.

The survey is available on line now HERE if you are using a PC/laptop or if you are using a smartphone you can see the survey HERE.

It only takes a few minutes to complete and there's a Kindle Fire tablet to be won by one person who takes part.

We want the services in Fleetwood to represent the needs and views of Fleetwood residents, so your views will help to shape future services. We understand that you are the best person to ask, "what could make you healthier and happier?"
