HELPING TO CREATE A HEALTHIER FLEETWOOD

Healthier Fleetwood is working with a number of partners to find out what matters to residents, the effects it can have on their health and wellbeing and help plan for the future.

We want the services in Fleetwood to represent the needs and views of residents, to be part of shaping future services and of course you are the best person to ask, "what could make you healthier and happier?"

Last year we launched a survey to help guide this and many residents got involved. The survey is available again now to continue the work that's been started.
