The volunteers and residents at Westview Community Association have been at the heart of the support from Fleetwood Together during the last 18 months. Naomi and the team have been continuing the great work this Summer by collecting out-grown uniforms in good condition and passing these on to families putting together their ‘back to school’ list. This summer Wyre Council launched its first free Holiday Activity and Food clubs, which over 500 children and young people have enjoyed over the last four weeks. Funded by the Department for Education, the local summer holiday clubs were held at venues across Wyre for both primary and secondary aged children who are eligible for free school meals.
