NORDIC WALKING

New sessions have now started for Fleetwood. Nordic Walking is an excellent exercise which uses 90% of the body's muscles and burns 46% more calories than walking without poles.

 

Sessions takes place on Wednesday evenings at 7pm but if you're a beginner there is a free taster session at 6pm.
