Come along to connect with people old and new. Have fun with new friends whilst learning and developing your skills. There's no kit or equipment needed ... just yourself!

Lancashire Sport delivers the following FREE sessions as part of the Challenge Through Sport Initiative.

Tuesdays 2pm - 3pm at Fleetwood RUFC, Melbourne Avenue, Fleetwood

Wednesdays 2.30pm - 3.30pm at YMCA, Esplanade, Fleetwood
BADMINTON (plus table tennis in association with Healthier Fleetwood)
 

Thursdays 10am - 11am starting from Memorial Park (Main Gates)
WALK 'N' TALK (come along for a stroll, meet new people)

Thursdays 1.30pm - 2.30pm at Maxi Fitness, Lofthouse Way, Fleetwood
