All health walks are free and everyone is welcome no matter what their age or ability. The Volunteer walk leaders can help you take up walking by starting you off at a gentle amble of 10 to 20 minutes and leading you up to a one hour walk.  Please let the leader know if you would find this helpful.  All walk times are approximate, dependent upon pace of walkers.

 

Please arrive ten minutes before the start of the walk for a prompt departure. It will be necessary for each new member to complete a health questionnaire.
