HELP SHAPE A HEALTHIER FLEETWOOD .... WIN A KINDLE FIRE

Healthier Fleetwood is working with a number of partners to find out what matters to residents, the effects it can have on their health and wellbeing and help plan for the future. The survey is available on line now HERE if you are using a PC/laptop or if you are using a smartphone you can see the survey HERE. It only takes a few minutes to complete and there's a Kindle Fire tablet to be won by one person who takes part. We want the services in Fleetwood to represent the need

Healthier Fleetwood is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the physical and mental health of the Town's residents by connecting them to each other, services and voluntary groups in the community. As an individual's confidence grows they take more control of their own wellbeing and an active role in the decisions that affect them. We are independent of but work in close partnership with the many organisations supporting the community.
