Looking to volunteer … on your bike!
Parkour is a non-competitive physical exercise about moving freely over and through any terrain through running, jumping and climbing. It focuses on developing the fundamental attributes of strength and fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, precision, control and creative vision. It is a sport that encourages self-improvement on all levels, revealing one’s physical and mental limits.
These sessions are led by Tyler Hiscock and Fleetwood Town Community Trust and held at Cardinal Allen High School are on Tuesdays until the 9th April … 7pm to 8pm for 8 to 12 year olds / 8pm to 9pm for 13 to 18 year olds. The cost is just £1 per session.
PLEASE … don’t try Parkour unless you are in a supervised setting.
